Caregiver Burnout: A Critical Issue in the 21st Century Workplace ::::: Caregiver work-life balance is the catalyst for workforce change and a critical driver in attracting and retaining employee talent. Caregiver burnout is a multi-billion dollar issue. A work flex solution could be the answer to remaining competitive in today’s workforce. Queens University of Charlotte and WorkFlex Partners are pleased to present the Workplace Flexibility Forum. This community platform will bring together specialists from multiple industries to share knowledge, experience and perspective on innovative workplace strategies for creative and effective work-life integration in the 21st Century. Early bird registration is good through October 31, 2012. Regular registration fees apply beginning on November 1, 2012. There is a 10% discount for Queens' students and alumni and for non-profit organizations or those who are currently unemployed.
